SAVANA DESIGN was launched in 2006 due to a high demand from leading hotel groups, interior decorators and the domestic market, for quality custom made furniture and light fittings.
The partners have a combined background experience of more than 10 years in the industry and received their training while working at a leading manufacturing and design company in Cape Town and are acknowledged by clients, local and abroad, as being attentive, courteous and professional.
The understanding of current global trends as well as interpretation of the client's needs allows SAVANA DESIGN to produce accessories, lighting and furniture for both business and pleasure, using a mixture of exotic and traditional materials such as timber, leathers, sea shells, glass and mirror, ostrich eggs, and a variety of feathers.
SAVANA DESIGN is aware of current environmental issues and only uses animal by-products and timber from renewal sources.
SAVANA DESIGN is fortunate to have in their employ skilled craftsmen who have been in the industry for more than 30 years and can therefore ensure that strict attention is given to detail and maintaining quality that is acceptable in the international market.
Our light products can be wired to conform to electrical specifications for all foreign countries and our goods are expertly packed for export, when necessary.
